Hello Happy Crafters! Just two days ago, it was a Winter Wonderland, here in upstate New York. But yesterday bought some unseasonable temps and it has just about all melted away. My cards were inspired by the white, fluffy stuff and my grandson's snowman.
The Whimsical Wednesday Challenge theme this week is Winter Wonderland, and you must include at least one snowflake and we want to see some sparkle. Please be sure to include these elements in your project if you are entering into the challenge :)
My card base and shaped layers were done with my Nestabilities. I embossed the top layer with a Cuttlebug snowflake folder. The cute snow boy and snow girl are from the Cricut Decals cartridge. I used Peachy Keen stamps for the faces. The snowflakes are Martha Stewart punches...I used glitter paper.
The snow kids are attached with Action Wobbles.
The sentiment is from the Snow Much Fun set by Whimsical Designs. I stamped them on a die cut from the Vintage Labels set by Just Rite Stamps. I embossed the label on the blue card and then stamped it and it turned out better than I thought it would. The pink card shows the label without the embossing.
The pretty white ribbon is from The Ribbon Carousel.

Ok I don't know what I love more. LOL I love the card, I love the wobble with the sentiment. How perfect. And omg what a big snowman. Just as tall as your grand son. LOVE IT all!!

This set is so cute Margie. Again pulling off that white with one another color so well! I really love this look. I am loving the way you used your nesties for the card base, and the embossing finishes everything off perfectly. Great inspiration:) Oh and of course Dom is adorable..can't wait to see him on Saturday!!!!
